During pregnancy you have to be careful about what kind of activities you are engaging in. Since you are carrying a child, it is important to subtract some of  your  regular activities in order for you to get the proper rest you need. Doing regular exercise in moderation can help keep you and your baby healthy but be mindful of  over exertion and dehydration. Not consuming alcohol and not staying out too late are just a couple things to do to have a healthy baby.
